Trouble can happen at any stage of growth - hemp grows slowly, the bush freezes and does not move in any direction for a long time. Lack of light

Hemp plants love light. If its quantity is insufficient, the bush stops, acquires the shape of a disproportionately elongated, as if the bush desperately wants to reach the right source. In this case, it is necessary to increase the amount or brightness lamps. But the main thing here is not to overdo it. Too much light can also cause cannabis to stop growing.

Aggressive environment

The temperature regime and humidity must be under constant control. Below 15 degrees is a disastrous mark, which will definitely slow down development, and negative temperatures will destroy the bush. Marijuana growth is a temperature pattern. Too hot is also bad. Above 30 degrees will make the plant suffer and wither, and eventually kill it.

A humidity of about 35% is unacceptable for marijuana. Slowing down the growth of cannabis will not make you wait long. Above 70%, it is also not worth bending over, as this significantly complicates the movement of water by plants.

In this case, everything depends on the level of pH of the soil. If the pH is too high (or too low), the plant cannot absorb nutrients efficiently. The optimal indicator is 6-7 pH, and for coconut or hydro - 5.5-6.5 pH. Violations of acidity lead to slow development and sometimes death of the bush.

Slowing down the growth of the bush depends a lot on health. The bush is forced to spend a lot of time and effort to repair the damage. As a result, there are no more resources left for growth. The grower must carefully inspect the plants, promptly reacting to any changes in the appearance of leaves and stems. At the first signs of disease or parasites, it is necessary to take urgent measures.

The genetic component is an important factor. Some strains grow very quickly, some refuse to grow. Storage terms also affect the future of the bush. Old seeds and material that has been stored in extreme conditions will grow very slowly, so it is always important to choose reliable cannabis seeds.

There are times when you should stop fussing and stop searching for reasons, endless spraying, inspection and feeding. Plants that have slowed down their growth do not necessarily need excessive attention. It is worth calmly analyzing the situation, taking into account the time of day for the growth of cannabis, and in the absence of obvious mistakes, just start waiting. Bushes can give only a short period of rest, after which they will show active growth again.
