The feminized and photoperiod Biggest Bud seed will only produce female plants, which require an adjusted lighting schedule to enter their flowering phase. It can also be cloned and has a mostly indica genotype, resulting from a blend of Northern Lights #1, Afghani indica, Big Bud and Skunk #1. The original Biggest Bud was a clone-only strain that combined Afghanica and Skunk genetics. This hybrid is known for its vigour, high yields, and high THC content. It is almost pure indica and produces a high-quality end product.

 It can be grown both indoors and outdoors, and typically has a bushy growth pattern with dark, wide leaves. The plant is medium to tall in height. Overall, Indica strains tend to have a shorter flowering time compared to Sativa strains. This is also true for Biggest Bud, which typically flowers in 7 to 8 weeks when grown indoors and produces around 600 grams per square meter. When grown outdoors, it is usually ready for harvest at the end of September or beginning of October and produces around 500 grams per plant. The flower clusters on both small and large plants are large, sparkling, and solid.

Biggest Bud is renowned for its high yields and abundant resin production, resulting in a potent physical stone that is complemented by the uplifting effects of Skunk's Sativa ancestors. With a THC content of around 18% and a CBD content of 0.83%, the buds have a citrusy, earthy, and piney aroma and flavour.

As an Indica-dominant strain, it primarily affects the body, inducing drowsiness. Users may experience sudden and random feelings of hunger, also known as 'munchies', as well as euphoria when using this strain.
