Cannabis seed variety Gypsy Kush

There are qualities we either have or don't; innate virtues passed down from generation to generation through people and communities. Similarly, the feminized marijuana seed Gypsy Kush is a unique strain created by Kannabia Seed Company with the flamenco charm originating from southern Spain.

Gypsy Kush has a very special and complex aroma and flavor. This can lead to some misunderstandings, as it has a rich spectrum of shades that you will experience in a new way every time. As a hybrid of indica and sativa, its effects can vary depending on circumstances and personal preferences. Perhaps due to its origins, this seed is full of mystery... and resin.

There's no mystery in this blend: we've combined a popular Afghan variety with sweet and bitter Ginger Alem, enhanced with Black Domina for stability. 

This “duende” is so clearly reflected in each plant that they all have identical characteristics. It is quite difficult to explain why this essence was so successfully combined with the adaptations of Andalusian breeders until a star appeared. You may know it under its old name La Faraona, but today it is presented as Gypsy Kush. At Lift Expo Vancouver 2016, this strain took 1st place in the Solvent Hash and Best In Show categories.

Gypsy Kush is a strong, pest-resistant strain. However, its buds can be so dense and compact that it will be difficult for the branches to support their weight. This will not cause serious problems, but it is worth considering training the plant or pruning the top so that the side branches have more support. The variety is not afraid of pests.

The plant has a fir-like shape and performs well indoors when using the Sea of Green technique. Since the cuttings are clones of the mother plant, they inherit its “duende” and have a short flowering period of 58 to 62 days, yielding up to 500 grams per square meter. The trichomes of this plant are very sticky.

Outdoors, Gypsy Kush grows in the soil with great vigor, with lower branches resembling the legs of a flamenco dancer. In some cases, the plant can reach two meters in height. Harvested in early October, getting up to 650 grams per plant.

How to describe the magic of this strain? The aroma of Gypsy Kush is floral, earthy, with pine notes - let's not forget that it is kush - and with distinct notes of freshly brewed coffee and spices that take us to the south, to Morocco. To understand it, you need to try it - it has many nuances!

The effect of Gypsy Kush is balanced, very relaxing, but with bright bursts of euphoria that remind you of an ecstatic flamenco dancer who can cheer you up. It is a real life force. Its THC content is about 16%, which emphasizes its authenticity.
