The Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) is one of the largest marijuana producers in Africa, but the genetics of these varieties are rarely available outside of the country. Now, thanks to our easy to grow feminized hybrid, you can try this unique equatorial sativa. White Magic is a very versatile variety with high mildew resistance. It can be grown in tropical and warm temperate climates up to 45° north latitude. Plants can withstand heat and have been stress-tested at temperatures up to 48°C in the greenhouse. Cultivators in regions with a constant light period or high humidity are especially recommended to pay attention to this variety.
The plants have relatively long internodes, which should be taken into account when growing in containers or greenhouses. If you want to control plant size, late planting and pruning is recommended. We advise planning the planting season so that the growing season lasts about a month. In Mediterranean or hot climates, containerized plants can range from 1.70 to 2.10 meters tall if planted in June (in the northern hemisphere) and not pruned. White Magic responds well to the LST (low stress training) method and is generally an easy variety to grow. Removing the lower shoots makes the plant easier to maintain and strengthens the upper branches. Abundant lateral branching requires support or additional shaping. This variety grows well in a good quality garden substrate, but when grown in containers it requires additional nutrition during flowering. For successful cultivation it is essential to provide the plants with sufficient nutrients throughout their life cycle.
Classic varieties from the Congo usually produce huge "foxtail" inflorescences that stretch outward like tentacles. Some female White Magic plants may show this wild trait in some female plants. However, most plants form denser inflorescences with cone-shaped tops. The creamy resin coating is a delight to any gardener. When you see the blooming inflorescences glistening in the sun, you'll understand why this variety is called "white"! The translucent or slightly milky resin persists until the end of bloom. During flowering, you will smell a sweet aroma if you accidentally bruise the plants. Freshly harvested cones may also give off a peppery odor characteristic of African varieties, but this usually disappears after the drying process.
The effect of White Magic is a creative and intellectual awakening with an electric tinge. It is a very active and stimulating high that keeps you functional and motivated. The cannabinoid profile is balanced, allowing you to enjoy the cerebral journey without worrying about side effects like palpitations. Just enjoy the process and let her work her magic!
