Cannabis seeds PURPLE #1® from Dutch Passion

Purple#1 is a variation of the classic original Purple strain introduced in the early 80s. Cannabis enthusiasts have always appreciated Purple for its unique purple colouring and excellent smoking effects. Other seed companies widely use this variety for breeding. Our original plant, 'Purple#1', is a 50/50 combination of Sativa and Indica. This variety comprises a unique purple Afghan Indica that was hybridised in Holland with several high-quality Indica and Sativa strains. This has resulted in a robust outdoor plant that is fully acclimatised to the Dutch climate.

The yield of the plant is around 250-350 grams per plant. During the initial stages of flowering, the calyxes exhibit a purple hue, and the buds have small purple leaves. The plant's buds produce a significant amount of resin. Purple #1 is a plant that typically grows to a height of 1.5-2.5 meters and is only suitable for outdoor or greenhouse cultivation. It grows quickly and has Sativa-like leaves with a beautiful purple color. Purple #1 has gained a large following over several decades and remains one of the world's most popular and distinctive cannabis strains, even 30 years after its introduction.

The 'Purple#1' plant has a delicious fruity flavour and a potent effect on the smoker. Although the effects of the smoke are not long-lasting, the strain boasts excellent quality and a light flavour. It is an ideal choice for outdoor growers, thanks to its large purple buds and strong smoke effects.
